Change can be overwhelming. Each person and each organization is different. We all have are own resources, models and behaviors. Some of them can be blocking. And yes, sometimes, it all ends up in a crisis.

I am Chantal Lensen. As a leader and manager I’ve built up my career in the assistance business, part of a financial multinational organization. Change ran like a thread through my career.
Today I use my expertise and experience by assisting people and companies in various ways with transitions and complex situations.
My advice is based upon coaching techniques, change management principles and especially my expertise and personal experience of the field.

I’m always very happy to go back to the business, « feet in the mud » as they say in Dutch. I will help you lead your teams. As an interim manager I operated on all levels of the company, from team leader to managing director.
Consulting
You are a leader, a manager? Your team needs some guidance? Perhaps, this is a very particular moment in your business? Are you merging? Do you want to put in place some change projects? Are your teams blocked? Do you want to encourage innovation and are you trying to get a cultural change? Your team doesn’t know where to begin?
Together with you and the different stakeholders, I will run a diagnosis and clarify the situation. We can clarify positions, rules, processes, competences, …We will define which items have to be treated. Then we will break it all down in smaller and reachable targets. This will help you to initiate change smoothly. If you want I can go a step further and assist you to implement your priorities.
In case of a crisis, I will help you to put in place innovative solutions as alternatives of the ones that didn’t work.
Trainings
You are a leader, a manager? You want to initiate change and help your teams dealing with it?
In small workshops I will guide you and your team step by step through the concepts, stages, tools and implementation of change.
This will help your teams not only to clarify their situation, and to have a view on the actions and tasks to be done, but they will be able to embrace the change and to initiate it being prepared.
Mentoring - Coaching
You are a leader, a manager? Worked too much, and you didn’t get the results you hoped for? The impression that you are getting completely out of control?
Perhaps, you just need a sparring partner? I will help you to find your way again, to fix your priorities, to get back on track and to stick to your new objectives.
I will use some change management and coaching technics, but my guidance will essentially be nourished by my experience on the job.
And don’t be surprised should I come up with solid focus tips and tricks as well as business breathing.
