Who I Am
I’m Chantal Lensen, founder of Go4Clarity.
As a leader and manager in the international assistance business of a global financial organization, I built my career around guiding teams and clients through complex, high-stakes situations. Change has been the common thread running through my professional life.

Beyond my work with change and crisis, two passions shape how I think and work:

Neuromediation & Neurosciences. Understanding how the brain and nervous system respond to change helps me design interventions that truly work for people. My aim is to we combine the science of the nervous system with evidence-based meditation practices to help organizations build calmer, more resilient and higher-performing teams. Whether through workshops, coaching or ongoing programs, my approach is practical, measurable and tailored to the realities of business life. By integrating mindfulness with neuroscience, we empower leaders and employees alike to manage stress, sharpen focus and spark innovation — creating healthier workplaces and better results. I work in partnership with the Neuromeditation Institute.
